The Evno SX-Air compact wireless saxophone microphone is a bell mounted complete wireless system for saxophone. Designed for superior performance and reliability which includes the Evno Air wireless system.  At any time, you also have the option to add the PS95 and the various optional cables for hardwired and wireless use with other major brands, making your Air package very versatile.

The SX is the perfect choice from solo performance settings, principal soloist’s in all genres, to high energy horn section bands of all styles.  The system can be used in low to high volume applications without the worry about the ‘low bark’ or high end feedback from surrounding instruments.  The newly designed clamp allows for perfect placement on the bell of the saxophone putting the head of the microphone at the perfect axis point without any spin or twist to off set the microphone from the instrument. It is easy to clamp on and take off the bell with a spring loaded clamp while always being attached at the perfect height. The clamp is attached to the instrument with a loaded spring but also includes a reinforcement screw if your movement on stage is extreme.  With the reinforcement screw not active, the setup can be moved quickly from one horn to another.  The clamp also allows the player to integrate the soprano saxophone models as well if desired. 

The SX gooseneck, designed in the USA, holds position as desired while being lightweight in design.  The microphone itself is built with perfect venting as well as a highly attractive machining process creating a beautiful look while allowing the frequencies of the instrument to fully be captured by the microphone itself.  Suspended in a standard microphone suspension of variable 7 points, the microphone allows for simple and easy replacements of the O rings as needed.  The microphone body is terminated with a 3 pin mini XLR connection which is used for both wired and wireless connections.  

The Air is a compact yet powerful professional wireless system, perfect for travel. Complete with 1/4 inch output ideal for microphone inputs and D.I. boxes.  The Air system is ideal for quick setups and travel while maintaining a high sonic quality in combination with an Evno designed microphone.  Using the same technology as the W1 and W2 systems the Air is Evno’s compact version.  Folding antennas and a small footprint allow for portability in a compact setup.  Powered by a provided 9V power supply the system also offers a battery option for power.  Using 2 (AA) batteries in the receiver powers the system for 4 hours of continuous use in situations where the power is not available making it possible to use the system in remote locations as needed.  

The Air system is available in the 900-928MHz range for the United States, Brazil, Canada, and other free frequency regions while the 823-832Mhz range is setup for most territories in Europe. **see additional chart below for more information. 

The Air is a 99 channel system, the channels are changed via a sync process that sends the channel change from the receiver to the transmitter and can be changed in seconds as needed.  Compatible with A1, A2, AH, and A4 transmitters *dependent on region and availability. 

The Air system is shipped with an aluminum carrying case for protection however is small enough to pack in a horn case or carry-on for ease of travel.  The system in combination with an Evno microphone produces the most natural reproduction of an acoustic instrument on the market.
