The mission of EVNO Microphone Systems is to produce microphones that offer the most natural reproduction of sound, tailored to each musician's unique requirements. Ron’s fascination with music and sound began early in his life. By the age of five, he had already embarked on his musical journey, which would eventually lead him to New York City in 1992 to study at the Manhattan School of Music. Shortly after his arrival, he secured a coveted position as the pianist for the legendary Maynard Ferguson, with whom he toured extensively with for years. During this time, Ron also arranged two original compositions for Ferguson's Big Bop Nouveau band one of which brought traditional big band writing together with keyboard patches that supplemented the acoustic instruments. His experiences on the road were transformative, not only in terms of musical development but also in cultivating a deep interest in sound, electronics, and technology.
EVNO Microphone Systems, founded in 2023 and operational by 2024, owes its origins to the expertise and vision of Ron Oswanski Jr., a veteran in the microphone industry with nearly twenty years of experience. While a new name in the industry, EVNO is backed by nearly two decades of expertise from its founder. Ron’s initial duties focused on establishing a strong dealer and distributor network, but Ron's role quickly expanded to include the development of an artist roster and a comprehensive product line. His lifelong passion for electronics and extensive career in the music industry have been instrumental in shaping the company's direction. Working with performing artist to discuss their needs both on and off the bandstand has brought EVNO to life. Ron has leveraged his deep understanding of the industry to create a company dedicated to meeting the specific needs of musicians and their instruments
