Returns
You have 30 days from the date of delivery to request a return.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in its original packaging, and in the same condition that you received it.
How to Start a Return
Use the contact form and provide us with your order number and the reason for the return.
Once your return is approved, we’ll send you detailed instructions on how and where to send your package.
Please Note: Items returned without prior authorization will not be accepted.
Refunds
Once we receive your return, we’ll inspect the item and notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If approved, your refund will be processed, and the amount will automatically be applied to your original payment method within 10 business days.
Shipping costs are non-refundable unless the return is due to an error on our part (e.g., wrong or defective item).
Exchanges
Need a different product? We accept exchanges for eligible items within 10 days of delivery. Follow the same process as returns, and let us know what you’d like in exchange.
