Ben Wolkins is a distinguished American jazz trumpet player, composer, arranger, and educator. Hailing from Toledo, Ohio, Ben is renowned for his post-bop jazz style, creating melodies in the moment with a unique, improvisational approach. His artistry has earned high praise from Grammy-nominated composer Tim Hagans, who describes Ben as a “formidable and eclectic artistic personality” with a “glorious sound filled with emotion, mystery, and mastery.”

Aaron has performed throughout the United States, Europe and the Caribbean. He is the founder of the ensemble M13, for which he composes or arranges all the music. Aside from leading his own quintet, he is also a member of Chris Siebold’s Psycles, John Elmquist’s Hard Art Groop, The Chicago Groove Collective, Mixtape and Alan Gresik’s Swing Orchestra. Ayo Brame is a 17year old up and coming Tenor Saxophone Jazz musician out of Oakland, California.   He is a student of Jazz Great Richard Howell by way of Oaktown Jazz Workshops.  He considers himself a purist when it comes to jazz as he channels late greats such as John Coltrane, and Wayne Shorter.  Embraced by the jazz community, he has been very lucky in acquiring additional mentors that influence and challenge him on a regular basis such as Kev Choice, Howard Wiley and Marcus Shelby.

In addition to his national and international tour experience, he has performed or recorded with Nancy Wilson, B. B. Mike Lott is a freelance trombone player based in the Orlando area, known for his dynamic performances with the popular showband Groove Slayers. He has also performed with Central Florida groups like the Sanford Jazz Ensemble, Maitland Stage Band, and the Swingin’ Monitos, among others. Mike’s versatile career includes appearances in theme parks and supporting national touring Broadway shows, symphony orchestras, and more, showcasing his talent across diverse musical stages.

Scott White has been actively performing in the local music scene in Central Florida since 1986 when he move to the Orlando area. He is currently performing with the party band that he founded in 2022, Groove Slayers, along with 2 local big bands, Sanford Jazz Ensemble and Maitland Stage Band. Scott formerly owned the local music store Music Shack and is very involved in music education throughout Florida as a judge and clinician for the Florida Bandmasters Association. He has opened for such musical acts: Buddy Guy, Bo Diddley and James Cotton Blues Band. Scott has also played in local musicals in the pit orchestras.
