Description

The Evno Air is a compact yet powerful professional wireless system, perfect for travel. Complete with 1/4 inch output ideal for microphone inputs and D.I. boxes.  The Air system is ideal for quick setups and travel while maintaining a high sonic quality in combination with an Evno designed microphone.  Using the same technology as the W1 and W2 systems the Air is Evno’s compact version.  Folding antennas and a small footprint allow for portability in a compact setup.  Powered by a provided 9V power supply the system also offers a battery option for power.  Using 2 (AA) batteries in the receiver powers the system for 4 hours of continuous use in situations where the power is not available making it possible to use the system in remote locations as needed.

The Air system is available in the 900-928MHz range for the United States, Brazil, Canada, and other free frequency regions.

The Air is a 99 channel system, the channels are changed via a sync process that sends the channel change from the receiver to the transmitter and can be changed in seconds as needed.  Compatible with A1, A2, AH, and A4 transmitters *dependent on region and availability.

The Air system is shipped with an aluminum carrying case for protection however is small enough to pack in a horn case or carry-on for ease of travel.  The system in combination with an Evno microphone produces the most natural reproduction of an acoustic instrument on the market.

The Evno Air Wireless System offers a complete package for musicians seeking a portable, high-quality wireless solution for their Evno Microphone. The system includes all necessary components to ensure a seamless and reliable performance experience.

The EVNO SPX2 double soprano saxophone microphone system is designed and manufactured by hand in the USA. The microphone is designed specifically for soprano saxophone. A bell mounted setup designed to produce the most natural reproduction of sound possible while allowing for the most gain before feedback.  The double microphone design has a predetermined mix allowing the frequencies over the bell to be greater than the bell to achieve the most natural sound of the instrument as possible.  The SPX2 double microphone design includes two elements tuned specifically for soprano and suited to address all the problems that are common in mic’ing a soprano saxophone.  The microphone will allow you to be heard as you sound without coloration, giving the audience a true representation and the most detail of the sound the player works a lifetime to develop.

The SPX2 is the perfect choice from solo performance settings, principal soloist’s in all genres, to high energy horn section bands of all styles.  The system can be used in low to high volume applications without the worry of saturating the element due to volume or high end feedback from surrounding instruments.  The double microphone setup captures all the nuances and subtleties possible from pro level players. The SPX2 is the ideal choice for soprano players playing not only as a principal soloist but saxophone sections alike.  The newly designed clamp allows for perfect placement on the bell of the soprano by putting the upper head of the microphone at the perfect point above the keys and the lower microphone in front of the bell.  The gooseneck allows movement away from the bell as needed to accommodate fingers and key movement.  The microphone is easy to clamp on and take off the bell with a spring loaded clamp while always being attached at the perfect height. The clamp is attached to the instrument with a loaded spring but also includes a reinforcement screw if your movement on stage is extreme. With the reinforcement screw not active, the setup can be moved quickly from one horn to another.  The SXCL clamp also allow the player to use the same clamp with the Evno SX tenor, alto, and baritone saxophone microphone as needed with the SX tenor, alto and Bari microphone.  The SPX2 stay flex gooseneck, designed in the USA, holds position as desired while being lightweight in design.  The microphone itself is built with perfect venting as well as a highly attractive machining process creating a beautiful look while allowing the frequencies of the instrument to fully be captured by the microphone itself.  Suspended in a standard variable 7 point ring, the microphone allows for simple and easy replacements of the O rings as needed.  The microphone body is terminated with a 3 pin mini XLR connection which is used for both wired and wireless connections.

FREQUENTLY ASKED QUESTIONS

Can I use my Evno microphone with other brands of wireless?

What is the best EVNO wireless setup?

When selecting the best wireless setup from EVNO Microphone Systems, it's essential to consider your specific needs and performance requirements. EVNO offers three distinct wireless options, each catering to different scenarios while maintaining top-notch sound quality across the board.

Please see our education page for more information.

What Is Phantom power?

Phantom power is direct current (DC) electric power that is applied equally to both signal wires of a balanced microphone cable. Phantom power supplies are most often built into mixing consoles and microphone preamps. The purpose of Phantom power is to supply 48 volts of current to microphones that have built-in active circuitry over the same cable that is used to send the microphone’s signal back to the mixer or preamp. Since there is no visible power supply unit (like those common with tube microphones) the term Phantom power is used.

Do you offer a belt pack style transmitter with a volume control?

Yes, Evno offers the A2 belt pack transmitter for musicians who prefer an on-body transmitter. The A2 includes a convenient volume control, allowing players to adjust their sound levels effortlessly.

Do you have a hand held wireless microphone?

Yes, Evno offers the AH handheld microphone which sync’s to the W1, W2, and Air receivers.  The most common setup would be to combine the AH with W2 Dual receiver to have both a wireless horn microphone and hand held active at the same time.
